Prospective Board Members
CVOC is currently seeking interested volunteers to serve on its Board of Directors. Applicants must reside or work in Merced, Madera or Stanislaus Counties and must be familiar with the needs and challenges faced by migrant and seasonal farmworkers, as well as low-income populations in CVOC's service area. Experience in assisting low-income populations is desirable.
The CVOC Board of Directors is a group of volunteers who provide direction and support for CVOC’s mission and vision. They meet ten times per year, usually in Merced County and occasionally in Madera and Stanislaus counties. The CVOC Board of Directors is made up of 12 volunteers representing the public, private, and low-income sectors of Madera, Merced, and Stanislaus Counties.
